The Della Rocca's have served fine Italian cuisine in Brooklyn, New York since 1894. A fourth-generation chef, Peter owned and operated two successful restaurants in New Jersey.  After moving to Naples, he successfully served as Executive Chef for a fine Italian restaurant for four years.

Parmesan Pete's is the creation of chef-owner Peter Della Rocca.  For more than 30 years in Naples, Florida and the New York area, Peter has created unforgettable culinary experiences for a whole new generation of food lovers who want genuine, rustic, homemade Italian food.  His combination of seasonal, fresh ingredients and modern culinary techniques have earned outstanding reviews from The New York Times, the Zagat Survey and the Naples Daily News.  He is also the founder of Peter's Cuisine, one of the Naples' area's most successful private catering companies.
