Fish Crazy

The Fish Crazy mission is to bring you the best food with a focus on sustainable seafood and locally sourced garden greens and vegetables. After all, great food starts with great ingredients. To that end we use fresh buttermilk and our own special house seasoning mix. Our food is seasoned with natural sea salt. We serve dry-pack “fisherman scallops” that are packed right on the boat using no chemicals. Our seafood never touches preservatives. Instead, our whole fillets are gently washed with Mother Nature’s own ozonated water, and stored on crushed ice made with ozonated water.
